Rules & Restrictions
• Walkers Welcome: Allowed in 5K if finished within 1:15 hrs.
• Time Limits: Full/Half = 6 hrs.; 5K = 1:15 hrs.
• Minimum Age: Full – 18 years (by Dec 31, 2026); Half – 16 years (by Dec 31, 2026)
• No Headphones/Earbuds: NLAA rules – safety reasons

• Finish Line: Gander Track & Field (limited parking available)
• Net downhill, fully marked, marshalled course
• Buses: Free transport to and from start/finish lines from with bag drop service (via bib luggage tags)
