Join us for the first installment of the Project Athletics Throws Series! This is a World Athletics Sanctioned Meet taking place at St. Marcellinus Secondary in Mississauga

Start Time: 5:00 PM (Rolling Schedule)

We will be following a rolling start. Please be ready to compete as the previous event concludes:
Hammer
Discus
Shot Put
Sorry we have to remove Javelin.
Important Note on Heats: Men and women will compete together. If total entries for an event exceed 14, we will split by gender, which may result in an earlier start time for those groups.
Athlete Requirements
Implements: Athletes must bring their own implements.
Weigh-in: Official weigh-in occurs 20 minutes prior to the start of competition.
