I know that running and road racing are potentially hazardous activities that could cause injury or death. I should not enter and run unless I am medically fit and I have trained properly for this race. I assume all risk associated with running in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather conditions (heat, humidity), traffic and conditions of roads on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or blades, animals and radio headsets are not allowed in the race and I will abide by this guideline.

Having read this waiver, knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Team Athletics St. Vincent and the Grenadines and all sponsors and/or officials of the TASVG Road Relay from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though such mishap may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures and recordings of the event for legitimate purposes, including advertising. I accept that all fees are non-refundable.
