As part of the training for CSG 2025 Athletics Yukon will be offering strength training with Northern Strength Academy.
This training will be held at 4:30pm on Tuesdays beginning Sept 17th.

To sign up for the strength training sessions you will need to download a training app from the app store (Teambuildr training) or can use this web link Online Strength and Conditioning Software - TeamBuildr.
