Individual throwing events + Ontario masters throws pentathlon and triathlon championships. At Chinguacousy Park, Terry Fox Stadium
9:30am start with warm up and weigh-in Hammer, followed by Shot, Discus, Javelin and finally Weight Throw, in a rolling schedule.
