Online registration is required. Deadline is July 7 at 7pm. No event day registration.
Online payment is required.
NOTE: This meet will start earlier than other Twilights - 5:30pm. All competitors should have their number picked up from the Registration Table by 5:15pm.
Events: 100m, 200m, 800m, 5000m (mixed)
All track events, including the 100m, will be run as timed finals.
All events will be contested as Open.
5000m entrants MUST include a Seed Performance so we can structure these sections properly. Entries with no seed performance will be placed in first (slowest) section.
Open Women followed by Open Men for 100m, 200m and 800m.
5000m sections will be mixed and will be run slow to fast.

$10 per event - 100m, 200m, 800m
$25 - 5000m
Parking is $2/hour (payable in cash or card) at Pay Machine by Ben F. Avery Building on Laurentian University Campus.
