Join us for a one day Run Jump Throw Wheel course in Kamloops.
Geared at training club coaches, teachers and recreation leaders working with kids ages 3 to 8 years.
Providing an introduction to track and field events through games and activities that promote learning and progressions for skill development. These skills build a strong foundation for all sports, and will support physical literacy in kids long-term.
Location - Tournament Capital Centre, Kamloops
