The Foundation of Coaching (FOC) in Athletics consists of the following 4 topics that precede both Sport Coach & Club Coach:
1. Safety & Security
2. Analysis & Giving Feedback
3. Physiology for Athletics
4. Planning for Athletics
This on-line workshop will be held on 3 evenings in October:
Thursday October 3rd from 7:30 - 9:30pm
Friday October 4th from 7:30 - 9:30pm
Thursday October 10th from 7:30-9:45pm
Attendance at all 3 sessions is mandatory.
