Meet is open to all athletes Grade 7 to 12.
All races will be contested as Co-Ed. Results will be separated by gender.
Senior Elementary Schools (Grade 7 & 8) will compete separately earlier in the day (3,100m) at 11am. Senior Elementary teams will depart university by 12:30pm.
High Schools Races will be as follows:
Novice Girls + Boys: 3,100m at 1:30pm
Junior Girls + Boys: 4,100m at 2:00pm
Senior Girls + Boys: 5,000m at 2:45pm
$8 per entry to a team maximum of $600.
Online payment via credit card is strongly preferred. If paying by cheque , please make payable to "Laurentian University Cross-Country Team"
