CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
TRACK EVENTS
Athletes must check in to the “Athletes Table 30min.” prior to start of Race
FIELD EVENTS
Athletes must check in at the “EVENT SITE 30mins” before the start of first trial.
Failure to check in will result in a scratch from the event.
7mm max spike length for all Track Events and Horizontal Jumps.
9mm max Spike length for High Jump and Javelin.
Pyramid Spikes Only
No Needle or Christmas Tree Spikes.
