We are offering this after school program for girls and non-binary kids in grades 5-7. Our after school program will focus on running with drills, games and fun activities. We will also explore movement to help keep us strong and healthy throughout our lives. We'll explore risk management, positive self-talk, volunteering and mental health. Participants do not need to have running experience to take part.
Ages: Runners in grades 5-7
Location: Selkirk Elementary School
Dates: Wednesdays from Sept 11 - Nov 27
Time: 5:00pm to 6:00pm
